You’ll Need:
-A wash cloth
-Exfoliating scrub
-Lip Moisturizer
Then follow these steps:
1-Apply an exfoliating scrub to lips. Gently rub them together
2-Dampen a washcloth with warm water. Gently rub lips in a circular motion, wiping off all exfoliating scrub.
3-Apply lip moisturizer or Vaseline.
