Weightlifting exercise to get rid of fat

* Gymnastics:
-- Especially fats, which are concentrated in the buttocks and thighs.

* Exercise:

- Stand in a straightening out. -
- The dimensions of each of the others to be along the shoulders.
- The direction of the fingers in front of the feet or a little outside the body (not the inside because they never cause of a knee strain).
- Trend vision in a straight line forward.
- Do not try to tilt the head behind the eyes or the lifting of the highest because it upset the balance of the body. -
- Iron weight lifting from the ground up to the level of the shoulders.
- Hands on the dimensions of each other when to hold weight for distance beyond the line of the shoulders.
- Install a good feet on the ground. -
- Taking deep breath.
- Moving to the hips behind the buttocks and down (not begin discouraging knees).
- Continuing to reduce discouraging knees, but does not move forward so as to avoid pressure on them.
- When the thighs in a parallel with the ground, will be directed by Exhaling.
- Return to put the outset, with moving the knees or hip to the side of the body.
- Repeating the exercise as a possibility.
