Instructions:
-Prevention is the key to everything. Brush your teeth and scrape your tongue at least twice a day, especially in the morning. Tongue scrapers can be found in any convenience store.
-After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth out thoroughly.
-Gargle with an anti microbial mouth rinse such as Listerine.
-Try to avoid eating or drinking for about 30 minutes.
-Avoid garlic and onions and eat fruits and veggies. Studies have shown this will help assist your body in maintaining fresh breath.
-Try chewing fresh peppermint, spearmint, parsley, or basil instead of gum.
-After you eat and drink rinse your mouth out with water. This will help keep down any buildup of bacteria in your mouth that causes bad breath.
-Drink plenty of water. Keeping the body hydrated helps your body to tackle bad breath naturally.
