How to Prevent Bad Breath

Things You’ll Need:
*Mouthwash
*Toothbrush
*Toothpaste

Instructions:

1-Prevention is the key to everything. Brush your teeth and scrape your tongue at least twice a day, especially in the morning. Tongue scrapers can be found in any convenience store.

2-After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth out thoroughly.

3-Gargle with an anti microbial mouth rinse such as Listerine.

4-Try to avoid eating or drinking for about 30 minutes.

5-Avoid garlic and onions and eat fruits and veggies. Studies have shown this will help assist your body in maintaining fresh breath.

6-Try chewing fresh peppermint, spearmint, parsley, or basil instead of gum.

7-After you eat and drink rinse your mouth out with water. This will help keep down any buildup of bacteria in your mouth that causes bad breath.

8-Drink plenty of water. Keeping the body hydrated helps your body to tackle bad breath naturally.
